PROJECT Branding and design

This branding project was around the creation of a promotional website design and tour posters for the fictitious famous indie band The Mouse Kind. The goal was to capture the essence of and to establish the look of The Mouse Kind band brand. Their music and appearance are often cited by fans as “muted, reserved, forlorn, harmonious, and grand.”

I explored different ways to collage imagery, arrange text, and composing layouts.

I did this by taking the idea of royalty and visually translating it: the use of crowning imagery, capturing the opposing feelings of power and powerlessness, the serif font that conveys a time when kings and queens ruled the land.
